Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. Australian orders over $150 receive free shipping, which will update at checkout.

We ship with Australia postal orders via Express Post on Mondays, Wednesday & Thursdays. Orders placed after 8:00am Thursdays will be shipped the following Monday. An estimated delivery date range will be provided to you at checkout. If your order does not arrive within these dates, please contact us with your #ORDER NUMBER in the subject heading to hello@tubodough.com Please note, if you contact us before the date range has been completed, we will not respond until the final expected delivery date has passed.

We reserve the right to decline an order cancellation or modification if we are not able to complete the request before the product has already been shipped. Please double check your order before placing it, ensuring all details in the delivery address are correct. If an order has already been fulfilled, we cannot modify the order or shipping address.

Cookies may be stored in an airtight container for one week. But of course, we know they won’t last that long! If you don’t plan on eating all of your cookies at once, freeze them on the day you receive them. When ready to eat, simply heat your cookies in a 180C oven for 2-4 minutes until warm and gooey. Our Tub O' Dough will be shipped at room temperature and can be shipped in that condition. Upon receiving it, please refrigerate it for the best-tasting dessert. If the tub is opened, it can be stored in the fridge for up to 10 days. If the tub remains unopened, the product can last for 3 months.

If you are not home to receive your package, Australia Post will leave it in a safe place. All orders are heat sealed when they leave the bakery and packaged in a sealed mailer bag for a second layer of protection. If you are concerned about your order being left outside, we recommend choosing a delivery address where there will be a recipient present.

All of our goodies are made in house, by hand. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot be responsible for how they are transported and stored once they leave our shop.
